We have been utilising NowYouCan’s technology at the Sydney Startup Hub (SSH) for over a year, to manage our meeting room facilities. We have really specific needs at the SSH, and despite researching some of the leading global solutions otherwise available, no other supplier was able to meet our requirements.
We have hundreds of users, based in different tenancies, who all need access to a limited number of meeting rooms. Therefore, we had specific criteria we needed the solution to provide, in order to manage these rooms effectively, fairly and with as little human handling as possible. Thankfully, NowYouCan’s technology was able to deliver an excellent solution to our problem. The onboarding of these users was also incredibly seamless.
